I have worked in the real estate business since 1998 when I moved with my family from Central Florida to the Spokane area. My previous career was in the banking industry, where I learned the value of customer service and attention to detail. I have been successfully building my business over the years, mostly through referrals from previous satisfied clients. My philosophy is that in real estate transactions it`s not about me -- it`s about YOU, my customer. When we meet or talk by phone, I want to hear about your needs, your concerns and your life. My areas of specialization include residential homes, homes on acreage, waterfront homes, land, condos and small rental income properties (2-6 units). I primarily work with properties on the north side of Spokane, southern Stevens County, the Lake Spokane (Long Lake) and Nine Mile Falls area.
